If a piece is not available as Ready to Ship, it can be made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for production, as every detail is crafted by hand before being lovingly prepared for you.

Yes. Within the U.S., standard shipping is complimentary and express delivery is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Yes. We ship worldwide, fully insured. Please note that international shipping runs at the client’s expense, and customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Once received, each piece will be carefully inspected before the return is processed.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if worn. Custom or made-to-order designs are considered final sale.

We recommend storing your jewelry in its pouch or box, away from moisture, perfumes, or chemicals.
