Products & Availability
All Galela pieces are handcrafted, which means slight variations may occur. We strive to keep our collections updated online, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars, and we accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Pieces not available in stock may be produced upon request. Production time for made-to-order items is approximately 15 business days, in addition to shipping times.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates. Galela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges policy applies to all orders (see Customer Care section). Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original packaging within the specified time frame.
